Questions We Would Ask If We Were Considering Doing This Course
1) What exactly will you be covering in this course?
We will be exploring many different 'ways in' to helping shift how you feel in yourself regardless of the environment outside of you. Some will be practical, habitual shifts. Some will be ways of checking in with and listening to your body more. Some will be specific tools and techniques which help relieve stress & anxiety, shift your mood. Some will be mindset related. All of it will be backed by neuroscience and our certifications in various disciplines (see below for more!).
2) How can you be so sure it will work?
Because we have been doing this type of work with clients - on our own and as a duo - for many years, and have found over and over again that there is always a shift. We use these practices and approaches ourselves, with 1-to-1 clients, in group workshops, with people of all ages, all backgrounds, all challenges. Each person is unique and has a unique set of needs, but we will be covering such a range of ideas, tools and insights that everyone is guaranteed to take away things which really lead to some change for them.

3) Is this right for me?

a) I have never done anything like this before, I have 0 clue what some of the words you have written even mean.
Yes, this is absolutely right for you. This is entry level stuff, no experience necessary. Everything we offer will be in down to earth, normal, human language that you can apply with ease and hopefully some joy.

b) I have tried absolutely everything and nothing has ever helped, at least not long term.
Yes, this is absolutely right for you. This isn't another offering of yet a different big thing for you to try. This is a way of approaching your relationship with life with small, incremental adaptations that will work and be sustainable. We have both worked with people who have tried absolutely everything, and in many ways its going back to simplicity, basics and checking back in with your own experience which is the most powerful shift.

c) I have tried a few things with a bit of success, but need something more sustainable.
Yes, this is absolutely right for you. Much of what we offer will likely be ideas you might have some familiarity with, but in the most manageable possible way so that you can make small changes & adaptations to your life and wellbeing which will ultimately make them last longer and create a lasting shift.

4) I'm already so overwhelmed with too many things to do, will this be yet another thing to add to my plate?
In short, no. Of course there will be 'work' to do between sessions, but our aim is to make this as simple as possible. Any practices we offer will be doable in 5 minutes or less. Any changes we invite you to make will be focused on what you can remove or adapt, rather than add in. This is about creating space not filling it up.
