This is an 8-week course which is all about helping you build your own, individual 'toolkit' of neuroscience-backed hacks which literally change your physiology, so that when things get hard you can quickly & effectively shift to feeling calmer, more optimistic and more in control.

We will be teaching things like how to get out of your head, to stop spiralling thoughts, to regulate an over-activated nervous system, to work with rather than against your emotions, to figure out what you need and how to get it, and to shift your perspective when it matters.

The thing is, different things work for different people. Not everything we teach will fit you, and that's fine. We will be offering lots of different, easily accessible tools for you to experiment with, try on, and see what fits.

It will be fun, playful, and full of connection as we will be a small group exploring & learning together, and holding each other accountable to do the things we say we will.

Questions We Would Ask If We Were Considering Doing This Course
1) What exactly will you be covering in this course?
We will be exploring many different tools to help shift how you feel in yourself regardless of the environment outside of you, so that you can build a personal toolkit of things to use which work for you. Some will be practical, habitual shifts. Some will be ways of checking in with and listening to your body more. Some will be specific tools and techniques which help relieve stress & anxiety, shift your mood. Some will be mindset related. All of it will be backed by neuroscience.
2) How can you be so sure it will work?
Because we have been doing this type of work with clients - on our own and as a duo - for many years, and have found over and over again that there is always a shift. We use these practices and approaches ourselves, with 1-to-1 clients, in group workshops, with people of all ages, all backgrounds, all challenges. Each person is unique and has a unique set of needs, but we will be covering such a range of ideas, tools and insights that everyone is guaranteed to take away things which really lead to some change for them.

3) Who is this for?
Anyone who wants to find a better way to be with all the hard stuff that life brings, who has given up waiting for things to get easier and wants to feel better now. It doesn't matter if you are totally new to this stuff, if you have tried things before which haven't worked, or if you know what to do and just simply want the support and accountability of a community, you are welcome.

4) I'm already so overwhelmed with too many things to do, will this be yet another thing to add to my plate?
In short, no. Of course there will be 'work' to do between sessions, but our aim is to make this as simple as possible. Any practices we offer will be doable in 5 minutes or less. Any changes we invite you to make will be focused on what you can remove or adapt, rather than add in. This is about creating space not filling it up.
